Terroir, production method and maturation: After the grapes are picked, they are carefully separated, after which they are allowed to cold macerate before fermentation. The wine ages in steel tanks at a low temperature and macerates for a long time before pressing and bottling.
Use: As such or as a companion to stewed meat dishes.
Description: The dark berry and open aroma has blackcurrant, crowberry and earthiness. The dry taste is drying in terms of tannins, but soft, balanced in acidity and earthy.
