Zweigelt born in the warmth of Burgenland.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from several orchards in the Neusiedlsee area. After the stems are removed and crushed, they are allowed to ferment and macerate for 2-4 weeks at 25-30°C in steel tanks. 25% of the wine matures in oak barrels.

Use: As a partner for cold meats or country pate.

Description: Ripe cherry and plum can be distinguished from the berry-like aroma of the dark-spoken. The medium-bodied taste is soft with tannins, ripe plum and lively.
