A very gastronomic non-alcoholic red wine.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from 10-12-year-old limestone orchards at an altitude of 430 meters. The wine ages in steel tanks at 27°C for about 14 days. After that, the wine's ethyl alcohol is separated from the drink with the help of a partially permeable membrane. The drink matures in steel tanks for 12 months and before bottling it is pasteurized at 60°C to achieve microbiological stability.

Use: As a non-alcoholic alternative at the dinner table.

Description: Semi-aromatic, dark fruity and spicy scent. The dry taste is rich and fruity, the tannins are noticeable and the mouthfeel is very winey.
