Aromatic skin contact wine in a clay bottle.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are hand-harvested from the Spiegel vineyard in Breitenbrunn and the Hochfeld vineyard in Winden, which head southeast. The soil of the shelters is fossil-filled, calcareous sandstone and shale. The wine ferments spontaneously and is allowed to macerate for two weeks before basket pressing. Malolactic fermentation also occurs spontaneously, after which the wine matures for 6 months in amphorae and is bottled without filtering or adding sulfur dioxide.

Description: Lively and aromatic scent, from which you can distinguish, among other things, lychee plum. The dry taste is supported by noticeable acidity, intensely fruity and balanced.
