An aromatic Pinot Noir from a cool climate.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are hand-picked from 30-60-year-old vines that grow on a southeast-facing slope at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level. The grapes grow whole bunches in cement tanks. The wine matures for 18 months.

Use: With vitello tonnato or lamb tartare.

Description: Deep aroma, with both aromatic red and dark berries, as well as a slight green herbal note. The taste is filled with a hint of drying tannins and plenty of acidity and is sophisticatedly fruity.
