An energetic white wine from the famous En Remilly column.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are harvested from three plots planted in 1975 and located near the Chevalier-Montrachet grand cru plot facing south. The wine ferments spontaneously in 350-liter oak barrels, where it also matures for 16 months. About 20% of the barrels are new. The wine is bottled without clarification and filtering.

Use: With strong fish dishes and light meat dishes.

Description: The deep aroma is filled with yellow fruits and ripe citrus. The dry taste is very fresh and energetic, but at the same time the depth of the wine promises it a long life.
