A Pinot Noir premium that lives up to its name.

Terroir, method of preparation and maturation: The grapes are harvested from the farm's vineyard in Leongatha South, with a planting density of 8500 vines per hectare. After removing the stems, the wine ferments spontaneously and macerates for a couple of weeks in open tanks. Malolactic fermentation and maturation takes place in French Allier oak barrels, 60% of which are new and the rest old. The wine matures for 18 months. The wine is not clarified or filtered.

Use: With herb-glazed pork cutlet and roast potatoes.

Description: The scent is intense and deep, and you can distinguish aromatic berries, oak spices and forest floor. The medium-bodied taste is dense and fine-grained in tannins. The long aftertaste promises good aging potential for the wine.
