Refined Australian pinot noir.

Terroir, method of preparation and ripening: The grapes are harvested from a vineyard near Leongatha with a planting density of 8500 vines per hectare. After removing the stems, the wine ferments spontaneously and macerates for a couple of weeks in open tanks. Malolactic fermentation and maturation takes place in French Allier oak barrels, 60% of which are new and the rest old. The wine matures for 15-18 months. The wine is not clarified or filtered.

Use: With lamb chops and mashed potatoes.

Description: The scent is aromatic and richly fruity. The medium-bodied taste is intensely fruity, with refined tannins and a long aftertaste.
