The drink chosen as the world's best semi-sweet vermouth in 2021.

Terroir, production method and aging: Vermouth is made by mixing with it a distillate made from the estate's best Spanish gin and by extracting different herbs and grape juice in Txakoli. The bottle comes with a mixture suitable for additional sweetening made of caramelized wine, vermouth and grape-based dye, which can also be used by itself in cocktails.

Usage: Enjoyed as is with ice or as part of cocktails.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C

Description: A very aromatic and complex scent, with both herbal and spicy notes. The taste is semi-sweet, although it is strengthened and layered by a noticeable acidity. Among other things, cinnamon can be distinguished from the long aftertaste.
