A precise and rich Riesling produced by ungrafted 80-year-old vines.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected by hand from an 80-year-old vineyard with blue slate soil and ungrafted vines. Tarha is the largest farm in its area of 2.4 hectares. After a short maceration and strong pressing, the wine ferments spontaneously in old oak barrels and matures for a long time on the lees. Residual sugar 19 g/l, acids 6.2 g/l.

Use: Multidimensional fish dishes and light meat.

Description: Aromatic scent with ripe tropical fruit and peach. The taste is still very young, but layered, with hints of Asian spices. Perceptible acidity.

Immich-Batterieberg

Immich-Batterieberg

Immich-Batterieberg is one of the oldest estates in the Moselle Valley: the estate's roots can be traced back to 1425. The most significant event for the farm located in the middle of the Mosel occurred in the middle of the 19th century, when the Immich family decided to modify the terrain and practically blew up an entire mountainside with thousands of kilograms of black powder into the sky.
