A biodynamic sample of a classic grape from Burgenland's top producer.

Terroir, production method and aging: The grapes used for the wine grow on the east side of Lake Neusiedlersee in Burgenland, right next to Heinrich's winery. Some of the grapes are obtained from the Goldberg plot with gravelly soil, some from the Salzberg plot with clay soil. The wine is produced using biodynamic methods. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The wine ferments spontaneously in large oak barrels and macerates for two weeks. Aging for 6 months in used 500 liter oak barrels.

Use: Light meat dishes, such as duck, thymus or even beef tongue.

Description: Aroma of ripe raspberry and sophisticated herbalism. Cherry, cranberry and a bit of orange can be distinguished from the medium-bodied taste.
