A rich and intense Riesling from a slate and steep vineyard.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are hand-harvested in the village of Bockenau from a cool and steep vineyard, the soil of which consists of Devonian blue slate. The vines are 20-25 years old. The wine ferments spontaneously in steel tanks.

Use: With fried dumplings and lemon crème fraîche.

Description: The aromatic and expressive fragrance is layered. The dry taste is rich and matured on the lees. A dense whole, which promises the wine a long aging potential.
