Spätlese from a top producer, with an incredible balance between sweetness and acidity.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are picked by hand from the Juffer plot in the village of Brauneberg, which is more than 2000 years old and reaches a slope of 70°. After a short contact with the skin, they are gently squeezed and the juice is allowed to settle. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine matures on the lees for 7 months. Residual sugar 75.5 g/l, acids 8 g/l.

Usage: With various spicy dishes, matured cheeses and good friends.

Description: An elegant and youthful scent with white peach, flowers and grapefruit. The semi-dry taste is very intense and really juicy. The high acidity makes the wine well balanced.
