Rich white wine from the cool plots of Meursault village.

Terroir, production method and maturation: 90% of the grapes are collected from the Narvaux plot and 10% from the Vireuils plot, From the village of Meursault. The orchards are located above the premier cru orchards at the highest point in the village, where the soil is very limestone. The average age of the ropes is over 45 years. The wine ferments spontaneously in 350-liter oak barrels, where it also matures for 16 months. 25% of the barrels are new. The wine is bottled without clarification and filtering.

Use: With strong fish dishes and light meat dishes.

Description: A rich and layered aroma with ripe citrus, a hint of smokiness and toasted oak. The dry taste is richly rich and versatile, and it is balanced by precise acidity.
