A concentrated but sophisticated wine made from old vines.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from orchards located 1000 meters above sea level. The vines grow bush-like without artificial irrigation and their age is 80-100 years. Las Rocas is produced in the sub-regions of Sierra Vicort and Sierra Santa Cruz. The wine ages in cement tanks for 20 days at 25-28°C. The wine matures in oak barrels of different sizes and from different regions for 14-16 months.

Use: As a companion to stewed meat dishes.

Description: The somewhat aromatic and floral scent is concentrated and has ripe red fruit. The dry taste is pleasant thanks to fine and ripe tannins, and the whole is very balanced.
