Barolo that can be enjoyed without additional cellaring.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected by hand from orchards, whose different soils and microclimates bring different dimensions to the grapes. As a rule, the shelters are calcareous and poor in nutrients. The wine ferments at 30°C for 15-20 days. The wine matures in large oak barrels for at least 2 years, and after bottling, the wine is allowed to mature in the cellars for another 6 months.

Use: As a partner for game dishes and mature cheeses.

Description: The classic scent has ripe red fruit. Despite its young age, the mouthfeel is pleasantly rounded and mature, which makes the wine enjoyable already.
