Due to the small harvest, a village-level wine mixed from previous years' orchard wines.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are hand-picked from orchards in Chassagne-Montrachet, including Ancegnières. The wine ferments spontaneously in 350-liter oak barrels, where it also matures for 16 months. About 15% of the barrels are new. The wine is bottled without clarification and filtering.

Use: With roasted whitefish fillet and fried kohlrabi.

Description: A multidimensional scent with roasted oats, light flowers and lemon. The dry taste is restrained, linear with noticeable acidity, and lingers.
