Kulaus lieu-dit wine from the village of Chassagne-Montrachet.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are harvested by hand from the lieu-dit of Le Trezin, which is located at the top of the slope. from the abundant limestone soil. The average age of the vines is over 30 years. The wine ferments spontaneously in 350-liter oak barrels, where it also matures for 16 months. About 15% of the barrels are new. The wine is bottled without clarification and filtering.

Use: With light fish dishes.

Description: A multidimensional scent with ripe lemon and an oat biscuit-like toastiness. The dry taste is elegant, the acidity is noticeable and the aftertaste is layered and long.
