An acidic white wine from the northern parts of Chassagne-Montrachet.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from vines that were planted in 1960. The plot is located near the grand cru vineyard of Le Montrachet. The wine ferments spontaneously in 350-liter oak barrels, where it also matures for 16 months. 25% of the barrels are new. The wine is bottled without clarification and filtering.

Use: With lobster soup.

Description: A deep and multi-toned scent with a lot of freshness. The dry and dense taste is refreshed by the playful acidity and texture, and the long aftertaste promises the wine a very long life.
