With its blend of grapes, Heinrich's Naked Red is a cross-section of the farm's red wine production.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes were harvested by hand from orchards located on both sides of the Neusiedler See. after which they were gently squeezed. The wine aged spontaneously in steel tanks and oak barrels, after which it matured in oak barrels for a good year.

Use: A good general wine for light meat dishes, poultry, vegetables or cold cuts.

Description: The medium-bodied aroma has ripe berries and spiciness. The taste has the raspberry and spices promised by the aroma, but also plum and dark cherry.
