Red wine made for the Finnish tastes of Ravintola Noka by Juliana Kelmani.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected. After removing the stems, the grapes are crushed and the wine ages in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Touriga Nacional and part of Tinta Roriz are aged in 2-3 year old French oak barrels for 12 months and the rest of the wine in steel tanks.
Use: As a companion to domestic game.
Description: The scent has both dark and red fruitiness and a little spice. The ripe taste is medium-bodied, soft in the mouth, and lingering in the aftertaste.
