Freshly fruity single-cellar white wine from Chassagne-Montrachet.

Method of preparation: The grapes are harvested by hand from a 1.7-hectare vineyard facing southeast. The soil is limestone and very little clay. The vines were planted in 1970. The wine ferments and matures for 12 months in 40% new, 30% used for the second time and 30% used for the third time in oak barrels.

Use: With roasted turkey fillets and parsnip puree.

Description: The scent has ripe citrus fruits and a hint of nuttiness. The dry taste is dense and noticeably acidic. The fruitiness is apple-like and the long aftertaste promises good aging potential for the wine.

Domaine Lamy-Pillot

Domaine Lamy-Pillot

Domaine Lamy-Pillot is a family estate located in Morgeot, Chassagne-Montrachet, founded in 1975 by René Lamy and Thérèse Pillot from Saint-Aubin, descendants of wine-growing families. Although both sides of the owner couple come from winemaking families, through creativity, ingenuity and hard work, they have had a remarkable share in the farm's growth to its current dimensions.
