Intense and long-cellarable chardonnay.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected from a vine planted in 1979. From the Leongatha South Reserve, which has volcanic basalt and granite soils. The vines are planted very densely. The bunches are pressed whole and the wine ages spontaneously in oak barrels. The wine matures in new oak barrels on the lees untouched for 18 months.

Use: With veal sirloin and parmesan puree.

Description: The multidimensional scent has ripe stone fruitiness and nuttiness. The dry and intense taste is supported by noticeable acidity and the aftertaste is very long.
