A triumph of red slate and Riesling!

Terroir, method of preparation and maturation: The grapes are collected from the Pündericher Marienburg vineyard, located at an altitude of 110-190 meters, in its iron-rich, red slate part. The wine ferments spontaneously in large 1,000-liter old oak barrels, where it also matures for 10 months. Except for nothing else, a small amount of sulfur dioxide is not added to the wine. Residual sugar 7.9 g/l and acids 6.4 g/l.

Use: As a companion for sensitive lake fish.

Description: The fragrance is an intense blend of citrus fruits, perfume and spiciness. The dry taste is quite rich and the aftertaste lingers.
