A robust and ripe Cabernet from the South of France.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes grow in four carefully selected areas near Narbonne, Aude and Orb valley. The stems of the grapes are removed and the wine ferments and macerates in temperature-controlled tanks. A small part of the wine matures for 6 months in oak barrels and the rest in steel tanks.

Use: With braised beef loin and belugal stew.

Description: The deep aroma is full of ripe blackberry and plum, but you can also distinguish a little paprika and spiciness. The medium-bodied taste is ripe tannic, winged by the spiciness of oak, and dark.
